Ingredients :
250g flour
500ml milk
3 tablespoons sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons olive oil
The special touch: 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
For the filling:
3 to 4 bananas
Croustaillou spread
Recipe :
Place the flour in a mixing bowl and make a well in the center
Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, olive oil, and orange blossom water
Gently whisk while gradually adding the milk until you have a smooth, slightly thick batter
Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes, then cook thin crêpes in a hot pan
Allow the crêpes to cool slightly. Spread a generous layer of Croustaillou over each crêpe
Peel the bananas and place them across the width of the crêpe
Roll the crêpe up tightly into a long log, then place in the refrigerator to make slicing easier
Finally, cut into 2–3 cm pieces, just like maki rolls
Bon appétit !
