"Le Grand Cèdre" Red Wine - Cuvée Marcel
This cuvée is made from Merlot grapes.
To preserve the aromas and suppleness of the "Le Grand Cèdre" cuvée, we opted for a short maceration of about ten days.
A deep ruby color and aromas of ripe red fruit with a subtle touch of oak promise a full and silky palate and flavors.
This is a fruity IGP Méditerranée red wine to be served at around 15°C. It can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for a few years to soften its character (3-5 years).
It pairs wonderfully with roasted or sauced meats such as duck breast and lamb shank, as well as with mature cheeses.
