"Le Grand Cèdre" Rosé Wine - 2025
This cuvée is made primarily from Syrah, Caladoc, and Carignan grapes.
The grapes are harvested at dawn. They are vinified at low temperatures to preserve all their aromas. They spend only a very short time in chilled tanks, again with the aim of preserving the fruit's flavor.
This rosé combines freshness, fruitiness, and lightness.
A delicate nose reveals aromas of strawberry, redcurrant, and exotic fruits. The palate is refined and fresh.
