"Le Grand Cèdre" White Wine - 2025

This cuvée is made from a blend of Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, and Roussanne, offering a beautiful balance of freshness, aromatic finesse, and roundness.

The grapes are harvested at dawn and vinified at low temperatures to preserve all their aromas. It is bottled very quickly to retain its freshness and fruitiness.

The nose reveals delicate notes of exotic fruits, white flowers, and citrus, accompanied by a lovely freshness and a touch of sweetness on the palate.

This is a dry and fruity white wine – IGP Vaucluse, best served chilled between 6 and 8°C.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with grilled fish, poultry in cream sauce, and a shrimp and white peach salad.

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol.

"Le Grand Cèdre" Rosé Wine - 2025

This cuvée is made primarily from Syrah, Caladoc, and Carignan grapes.

The grapes are harvested at dawn. They are vinified at low temperatures to preserve all their aromas. They spend only a very short time in chilled vats, again with the aim of preserving the fruit's flavor.

This is a light, summery rosé with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and redcurrant, as well as exotic fruits.

This is a dry and fruity IGP Vaucluse rosé wine, best served chilled at 6-8°C.

It's the perfect wine for sunny aperitifs, but its dry character also makes it a delightful accompaniment to all your summer meals.

"Le Grand Cèdre" Red Wine - 2022

This cuvée is made primarily from Marselan, Syrah, and Merlot.

To preserve the aromas and suppleness of the "Le Grand Cèdre" cuvée, we opted for a short maceration of about ten days.

A deep garnet color and aromas of very slightly spicy red fruits promise a luscious and fruity palate.

The Marselan brings suppleness and harmony, while the Merlot contributes aromas of red and black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry.

This is a fruity IGP Vaucluse red wine to be served at around 15°C. It can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for a few years to soften its character (3-5 years).

It pairs wonderfully with white meats and grilled dishes.

Alcohol content: 14%

"Le Grand Cèdre" Red Wine - 2024

This cuvée is made primarily from Syrah, Grenache, and Carignan grapes.

To preserve the aromas and suppleness of the "Le Grand Cèdre" cuvée, we opted for a short maceration of approximately ten days.

An intense garnet color and luscious aromas of red and black fruits with a hint of spice reveal a generous, round, and harmonious palate.

The Syrah contributes structure and spicy notes, the Grenache offers roundness and lusciousness, while the Carignan reveals a lovely freshness accompanied by delicate notes of ripe fruit.

This is a fruity IGP Vaucluse red wine to be served at around 15°C. It can be enjoyed immediately or cellared for a few years to soften its character (3-5 years).

It pairs wonderfully with white meats and grilled dishes.
