"Le Grand Cèdre" White Wine - 2022
This cuvée is made mainly from Sauvignon & Ugni Blanc .
The harvest is carried out at daybreak, the grapes are vinified at low temperature to preserve all the aromas. It is bottled very quickly in order to preserve all its freshness and fruit.
Ugni Blanc brings lemony notes with aromas of exotic fruits, white flowers and citrus fruits. Sauvignon brings fruity aromas with smoky notes.
It is a dry and fruity IGP Vaucluse white wine to be served chilled at 6 to 8°C
It will perfectly complement your fish, crustaceans, shellfish but also your summer dishes and aperitifs.
“Le Grand Cèdre” Rosé Wine - 2022
This cuvée is made mainly from Merlot , Grenache Noir, Carignan, Cinsault & Caladoc .
The harvest takes place at daybreak. The grapes are vinified at low temperatures to preserve all the aromas. There is only a very short time left in the cooled vat, always with the aim of preserving the taste of the fruit.
It is a light wine, a summer rosé with aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and redcurrant as well as exotic fruits. The Grenache brings a silky, round side and a pale color to the palate.
It is a dry and fruity IGP Vaucluse rosé wine to be served chilled at 6 to 8°C
It is the wine of choice for your sunny aperitifs but the fact that it is dry allows it to pleasantly accompany all of your summer meals.
"Le Grand Cèdre" Red Wine - 2020
Blend: 40% Merlot and 50% Marselan & 10% Syrah.
In order to preserve the aromas and suppleness of the “Le Grand Cèdre” vintage, we have chosen a short maceration of around ten days.
A deep garnet color and aromas of very slightly spicy red fruits announce a delicious and fruity palate.
Marselan gives it flexibility and harmony, while Merlot conveys aromas of red or black fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry.
It is a fruity IGP Vaucluse red wine to be served at around 15°C which can be kept for a few years to soften it (5 - 6 years).
It goes wonderfully with white and grilled meats.
