Using your right of withdrawal

Our team does everything possible to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can submit your request using the form below.

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for your decision.

How do you proceed?

1. Complete the form: Fill in the form below, stating your order number and the products concerned.

2. We will acknowledge receipt: We will promptly confirm that we have received your request and provide you with the return instructions.

3. Return the products: The products must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging and unopened, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

4. Refund: Once we have received and checked the returned products, we will refund the amounts due in accordance with the relevant regulations and our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
