Sun tart with black tapenade

Easy and quick recipe for an aperitif!

Ingredients :

Preparation :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °.

  2. Spread a first puff pastry on a baking tray previously covered with parchment paper.

  3. Spread the black tapenade evenly over the entire surface of the puff pastry.

  4. Then cover with the second puff pastry.

  5. Place a glass in the center, make 10 cuts with the tip of a knife on the end of the dough then cut 10 equal parts from the glass.

  6. Divide each part in the middle to obtain around twenty parts.

  7. Turn the branches on themselves to obtain twists.

  8. Whisk the egg yolk in a bowl with salt, pepper and Herbes de Provence then brush the entire tart with a brush.

  9. Place in the oven and cook for 20 minutes
