Glace au yaourt de brebis & huile d'olive au citron

Sheep's yogurt ice cream & lemon olive oil

A touch of sunshine on your plates!

Although it doesn't shine as much as this summer, we're putting some sunshine on your plate!

Ingredients (for 6 people):

  • 4 Greek yogurts
  • 20cl of liquid crème fraîche
  • 100g of sugar or honey
  • 1 organic lemon

Recipe :

1. Boil the liquid cream and sugar

2. Add the lemon juice and its zest

3. Leave to infuse and cool

4. Mix the 4 yogurts and add to the previous mixture

5. Set in an ice cream maker for 45 minutes

6. Form a quenelle on a pretty plate, add some lemon zest and a drizzle of lemon olive oil

THE LITTLE PLUS: you can replace the lemon with lavandin syrup (La Provence en Bouteille)
