Houmous vert & huile d'olive Ardence

Green hummus & Ardence olive oil

Fresh and fragrant hummus!

A fresh and fragrant green hummus, perfect for a light appetizer or a refreshing spread.

Ingredients (serves 3-4):
250g cooked chickpeas
1 small handful of fresh spinach
1 handful of peas (fresh or frozen, lightly cooked)
1 handful of fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or mint)
1 tbsp tahini
Juice of half a lemon
1 clove of garlic
3 tbsp Ardence olive oil
1 pinch of cumin
Salt & pepper

Recipe:
Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
In a blender, combine the chickpeas, spinach, peas, and garlic.
Add the lemon juice, Ardence olive oil, and tahini.

Add the cumin, salt, and pepper, then blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a drizzle of olive oil to adjust the consistency.

Serve in a bowl with a drizzle of Ardence olive oil.

For even more deliciousness:

Add some fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or mint)
Add a little lemon zest for extra freshness
Sprinkle with sesame and pumpkin seeds for crunch
