This exceptional oil is born from artisanal know-how and a unique process. We have chosen a dual manufacturing method to reveal all the aromatic richness of this mushroom. On the one hand, by the slow infusion of porcini mushrooms in our olive oil. On the other hand, by the simultaneous crushing of the mushrooms with the olives.
