Tabbouleh of small spelled & olive oil creation

The freshness of the Mediterranean on your plate!

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 3 firm tomatoes
  • 400g flat-leaf parsley
  • 100g mint
  • 3 green onions
  • 400g small spelled
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 6 tbsp. tablespoon of CREATION
  • Salt
  • Kampot white pepper

Recipe :

1. Soak your einkorn the day before

2. Then cook for 40 minutes. Drain and let cool

3. Wash your herbs and dry them.

4. Peel your tomatoes and cut them into cubes, making sure to keep the juice

5. Arrange the small spelled in a salad bowl

6. Add the diced tomatoes and its juice, a pinch of salt and stir

7. Slice your mint leaves with a knife then place them on top of your spelled/tomato mixture

8. Slice your parsley with a knife without going over the leaves a second time. Place it on top of the mint

9. Cut your green onions, place them in a bowl. Add sweet pepper and mix together? Add to the rest

10. Cover your salad bowl and leave in the fridge for at least 1 hour

11. Stir all the ingredients when serving. Add the olive oil and lemon juice. Taste and season again, if necessary. Serve immediately.
