Candlemas in the spotlight!

On February 2, we celebrate Candlemas! Isn't this the perfect opportunity to share our olive oil pancake batter recipe with you?

Ingredients :

  • 250g flour

  • 500ml milk

  • 3 tablespoons of sugar

  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar

  • 3 eggs

  • 3 tablespoons of green fruity olive

The little extra: to give your pancakes even more flavor, you can add a tablespoon of orange blossom!

Recipe :

1. Put the flour in a salad bowl and form a well.

2. Add the eggs, sugar and olive oil.

3. Mix delicately with a whisk, gradually adding the milk to obtain a slightly thick liquid paste.

4. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes then cook the pancakes.
