BRUSCHETTA - bush, tomatoes & raw ham

Succumb to perfect harmony!

Ingredients (for 4 portions):

  • 4 large slices of country bread
  • 8 thin slices of raw ham
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 pot of fresh bush or fromage blanc
  • Fresh mint or basil
  • Olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt - Pepper or Espelette pepper

Recipe :

1. Toast large slices of country bread in the toaster to make them crispy

2. Wash the tomatoes then cut them into small cubes

3. Mix the tomato cubes with green fruity olive oil, a little balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper (with Espelette pepper) 4. Spread the bush on your toast and season with pepper

5. Place your tomato cubes on the bush 6. Cut the toast in two for easier tasting

7. Place a slice of raw ham on each half

8. Finish with mint leaves for taste and aesthetics

TIP AND TRICKS: you can replace the mint with basil of course!! Serve this bruschetta with a mixed greens or arugula salad. For a complete meal rich in plant-based proteins, offer homemade hummus drizzled with INTENSE olive oil
