The biscuits are made by hand, respecting Provençal traditions in the workshop of Biscuiterie Sainte Victoire, in Pourrières.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, water, butter, lemon peel (7%) (lemon peel, fructose, lemon juice), free-range egg yolk, sunflower oil, icing sugar, powder raising agent: corn starch, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate – monopotassium tartrate.
Storage advice: Store in an airtight container after opening, protected from light and humidity.
