The biscuits are made by hand, respecting Provençal traditions in the workshop of Biscuiterie Sainte Victoire, in Pourrières.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, almonds (12.77%), whole egg, butter, water, sunflower oil, flavoring, raising agent: pyrophosphates and sodium hydrogen carbonate.
