In order to best preserve the aromas, the harvest for the 2015 "Le Grand Cèdre rosé" takes place at dawn and is vinified at very low temperatures.

It delivers a light fruity nose with hints of stawberries, redcurrant and exotic fruits.

Its mouth is generous, very fine and remains fresh
