BASTIDE DU LAVAL is committed to shipping orders within 48 hours; however this may take a little longer depending on the providers used and their delivery deadlines.

Packages are shipped via Colissimo (LA POSTE) with tracking  and delivery that does not require a signature. 

If you wish to choose the delivery with signature option, this will incur additional charges, please get in touch with us for further details.

• Delivery charges are free in France when ordering up to € 250 or more worth of goods.  
• Shipping charges include packing and handling and postal costs. All our fragile products are packed with particular care.
• Packages are thoroughly packed to ensure goods are protected.
