This is a basil olive oil. The secret of its production: the very large quantity of organic basil crushed at the same time as the olives. 

This is seasoning oil for tomatoes and mozzarella, fresh cheeses, plain pasta, or with tomatoes or garlic, rice, carbs, tomato soup, vegetable platters, minestrone soup, strawberries, fish or added to Carpaccio.

We have chosen a variety of olive called the Salonenque which makes a mild olive oil. 

This special mix is made with a mild olive oil base combined with the strong natural flavors of fresh basil. The basil is planted, harvested and the leaves are then removed on the estate, it is then crushed at the same time as the olives.

The secret of this recipe lies in the vast quantity of organic basil included in the grinding process, at the same time as the olives.

Its characteristics:

- Subtle and delicate aromas of fresh basil.

- Variety of olives : Early Salonenque and Picholine harvested at a later stage
