The Einkorn of the Ventoux is an ancestor of the modern cereals. It has been grown for more than 9000 years on the slopes of Mont Ventoux and on the plateau of Sault in Provence. In order to be able to guarantee you the highest quality cereals, Ventoux Épeautre selects these grains from local producers who respect traditional agricultural methods.
Particular nutritional values
The local and original grain has not undergone any genetic manipulation and has very high nutritional values. It is particularly rich in magnesium, phosphorus, calcium and vitamins. It also contains the eight essential amino acids and is distinguished by its low gluten content.
