Organic extra virgin olive oil
An extra virgin olive oil of very high quality. Its particularity: the olives are picked by hand, crushed immediately and the oil extracted instantly at room temperature. The dough is neither tedious nor kneaded. It is a pure fruit juice directly from the grinding of olives. It's flower olive oil. Grand cru of exception, gold medal at the PACA Competition, silver medal at the Concours Général Agricole 2016 in Paris. Finishing oil to be used with starchy foods, soups, raw or cooked vegetables, fish from the oven, fresh cheeses.
